GARTEUR procedures require that non-classified GARTEUR literature without restrictions on publication or disclosure (‘GARTEUR Open’ marking) should have a traceable distribution outside GARTEUR nations. For this reason, no downloadable GARTEUR documents are offered on this website, other than a number of documents that may be publicly brought to the notice outside GARTEUR nations without any further restriction.

It is recognized that parties interested in aeronautical R&T in Europe or in participating in GARTEUR R&T activities may wish to have access to information that is not available on this website.
