Aerodynamics (AD)

Technical Programme GoR Aerodynamics (AD)

The Group of Responsables for Aerodynamics is active in experimental, theoretical, analytical and numerical fields of aerodynamics to encourage the development of methods and procedures for both civil and defence applications.

The GoR AD initiates basic and applied research in aerodynamics and aerothermodynamics, in particular with relation to:

  • Design of aircraft
  • Environmental issues
  • Aeroacoustics
  • Aeroelasticity
  • Icing phenomena
